I reworked the conditions to make them more engaging and less time-consuming for readers. While visuals could have added clarity, the key was to cut down the complex, legal text. The refreshed, conversational style not only humanizes the service but aligns with current expectations of brand authenticity. People now prefer brands that sound human and connect on a personal level, moving away from the old-school, overly formal corporate vibe.
